new sub-domain, now what???

I just created a sub-domain, so now how do I create and build it like I did my main domain.

You do exactly the same thing except you publish to the subdomain folder.

I type in my doamin: www.burlington-ia-dog-park.org/cpanel and the search results say no results found

ummm to my knowledge there are NO free domains, unless you perhaps buy hosting and they include one.
