Masking

Hi guys,

I need some information about forward with masking:

1. Must I have a parked domain name to be able to forward with masking? or is there any other ways?
2. Suppose I have a vodahost affiliate's name, for example:

wwwdotvodahostdotcom/world1dothtml

(for instance: world1 is my affiliate's name) can I forward it with masking? I mean, I do not want everybody to see that it is an affiliate link. How can I forward that affiliate url link above with masking?

3. Let's just say that I've bought a parked domain name from vodahost and vodahost has many landing pages and the above link is one example. Can my parked domain name be used for redirecting any landing pages that vodahost owns? If the answer is yes, how can I do that with only one parked domain name?
