second domain publishing issue

  • second domain publishing issue

    I have 2 accounts with blue voda.

    I am trying to publish an add on domain which I transferred over from another provider.
    I followed the instructions to set up the add on domain and then to publish it. the domain is www.saastel.com


    I cannot see the website. I get an white index page with index of/
    • . ftp quota
    • cgi bin
    • index.bvp
    what did I do wrong?

    I tryed to post this before but it was deleted.

    Please help!!!!

    Did you point the name server over it will have your name servers on your welcom email.

        name servers

        Hello and thank you for the response.

        I was sent an e-mail when I transferred the domain name.
        It said to point the Dns to name server 1 and 2.

        I did this.

        I must have done something correct becasue if I put in Saastel.com I come up to the index page and can download a copy of my webpage by clicking on the item.

        I will try again to publish using public.com but I did do this before.

          I tryed again and it says published successfully.
          But I still get the same blank index page.

            FYI... When I entered the add on domain name, I had capital letters.
            I removed them and it did publish.
