The answer to your question is yes you need too buy another domain to use as a add on.

In the search button on the top of the page.. type in: TUTORIALS... thats the best place to start.

People won't tell you how to design or work with bluevoda. Bluevoda has taken care of that and made tutorials for you to enjoy.
