I let my domain expire

When I type in my web address it goes to different page. My web address is www.suzannemichaelcatering.com
I already sent a support ticket regarding this issue, however I still haven't had a reply. I made sure to send it as a high priority ticket too.
The reason for this thread is because my issue may have a very simple solution and time is of the essence because my web page is what I rely on for current and potential clients.
As always, I look forward to a very speedy resolution.

Did you renew your domain?
Is your VodaHost account active? (Verify by logging into VBS)

Parking Pages indicate one of 3 things:
1. The DNS process is still being configured: changes are pending;
2. The Domain may be in arrears for renewal;
3. The Hosting Account may have been suspended.


Additionally, this is not an apporpriate post for VodaTalk Forums (according to Rules).... you have already submitted a Support Ticket, and that is the first and only thing you need have done.
Be patient for an answer....

I don't think there would be a reason for my account to be suspended, however if this was the case, how do I find out?

just tried vbs but can't remember my password. need to wait for email

Just verified, and my account is definitely not suspended or up for renewal.
What do you mean "the DNS process is still being configured: changes are pending"
Is this something I can handle or do I have to wait? If so, how long does it take?

Did you renew your domain name? Thats a domain name page that goes up when the domain is brand new or expired. Where did you buy your domain name at? Thats where you need to renew it.
