I've had problems getting website up and running..
    www.artofdriving.co.uk

    It comes up with:
    Forbidden 403:

so i've sent a support ticket and this is what i've had returned:

your DNS pointers for your site are nor pointing correctly.
Please update the DNS pointers to point to:

    ns1.voda30.com
    ns2.voda30.com

    this will clear this issue.

    Re: Forbidden error

Hi, your domain is pointing at the wrong server. You will have to go to your domain provider & change it from.......
    Name servers:
    ns59.1and1.co.uk
    ns60.1and1.co.uk

To the ones suggested above by VodaHost.
    ns1.voda30.com
    ns2.voda30.com
This can only be done at 1and1.co.uk.
    Regards Chris.

        Re: Forbidden error

You need to do a little "paper work" is all. You purchased your domain name from 1and1, correct? That company is the one that will need to make the changes. Some companies will do it for you, some will explain how you can do it. I bought mine before I heard of VodaHost and had to log on to that other company's page to figure it all out. Bit of a learning curve, but once it's dne it's done.

EDIT: Oh, I see that you say you bought the domain from VodaHost. I'm sure there's a video tutorial on any changes necessary there (see the tutorial link at the top of this page)

            Re: Forbidden error

This domain name was registered on the 22 june 2008 until 2010
are you sure that this does not belong to you ?¿

If it is yours then view these visual tutorials and change the domain dns here at vodahost with the details as above.
            Have fun

              Re: Forbidden error

              thanks for the reply's guys.

You cleared a lot of "misunderstanding" problems

Yeah your right, it was sold to someone else
              I called 1and1.co.uk
it was brought at around June Time, and it wasn't me.

I tried everything, but it does belong to someone else now
We learn the hard way sometime dont we ? lol

Not to worry, I've got another web name in mind, I've checked it and no-one own's it.. YET !

              THanks for everyone's help,
