Domain name

HI, Hope you can help please
I am trying to think of a domain name that will direct lots of people who search for labradors on search engines.
If I make a name i.e. www.labradorsrus, will search engines pick up the labrador bit, or should I name it labradors-r-us, or seperate the words somehow, to make sure my web site is picked up by search engines?

PS This is only an example, I am not planning to sell dogs on the web or call my web site labradorsrus!!

I know with google, you submit your domain, and keywords for the domain

Also

In your html pages you put in what are called meta tags, you put key words in there, when a search bot goes through your site it will document those words
