publishing new domain

I currently have one website with you and have just built another , i have purchased and registered a new .com name with vodahost domains ,
my question is how do i now publish my new new site ,
what do i have to do first?
or is there a tutiorial?

1) First you must point the name servers of your newly purchased domain.

2) You must add it to your control panle as an add-on domain.

In the Cpanel what turns out to be PARKED DOMAIN? and which the difference regarding ADDON DOMAIN?

In which of them Myself add a new one domain name? Unlike the domain name in that I recorded my account?
