Prevent myaccount.com/dirX/ to be listed in google.

Is there any way to prevent the myaccount.com/dirX/ to be listed in google;

I have multiple domains and all of them use a directory on the root domain. I can access my website by webx.com but also from myaccount.com/webx/

I just do not want the myaccount.com/webx/ to be listed in google.
