You do that in your domain registrar so no one can move it without your approval

ummmm... no.. its not in your cpanel.. where did you buy your domain name ? Most likely its in VBS Voda Billing Services. Your domain name has NOTHING to do with your HOSTING.. you just POINT it to hosting.
