I have a web name I purchased at ******* and I want to know if Voda charges me to use that address with my current Voda account.

You can keep it with whatever company you registered it at and just change the DNS. If you want to transfer the domain name to Vodahost (Make them your domain registrar) they charge a transfer fee, but that also includes a 1 year extension on the domain name.
