New Domain Name for Affiliates Website

I have a domain name and Hosting Plan with Voda Host. I want to register a new domain name. It will be used to register affiliates, so they must to log in through the website, not through cpanel. May i do that? Am i not violating VH TOS?

AS long as you are just REGISTERING THEM and not providing WEBSITES for them.

Of course...just for register them...but ...can they log in to a specific page that shows their activities or current status?
Ohh...one more thing...Can i add SSL service for the new domain name?

Yes this is possible but would advise using a good tracker program installed on your site, building it in bluevoda would require heavy scripting.
on the SSL servise you can order this though vodahost support.
