I want to have a website with .pt after the domain name, instead of the more usual like .com or .net. Is it possible?

If its available from a domain registrar then yes. You may have to purchase it from a foreign registrar tho

Yes it is possible if it is available.
If VodaHost does not have .pt available, you can buy it from somewhere else and from their cPanel allocated to you, point the Domain to your
