Domain expired - hence administrator has no access to email!

Our domain name has recently expired (and caught us by surprise!) and as a result our admin contact cannot receive emails. He has forgotten his password, and resetting it won't work because it will send an email to the email address he can no longer access!

All we want to do is renew our domain name but how can this be done when our administrator can't access his email or his Voadhost account?

If he can access this forum, he can goto Customer Support via
the menu on the top righthand corner [above the Username]
    and submit a support ticket.

VodaHost will only renew your domain if they are the registrar of your domain name.

Otherwise you have to goto the company who did the original registration to renew.

Our domain is registered with Vodahost, and we have raised a support ticket but as yet no response.

I'm tempted to use the Offline Order Form but I'm concerned it might simply confuse the issue!
