I had to do a reply from outlook to the automated email as I cant get into the support site but yes I have sent a reminder.
I also tried what you suggested ealier but that didnt change anything (obviously) thanks for the idea though.Comment

Well here we are in a new day and still the site is not there.
I have however had a chirpy email from 'Simone Sanchez' telling me my support ticket is closed and my new domain is 'up and running'. Well she must visit a different www than I do.
I can't believe it. I will have to start again...Comment
