Option 'A' or 'B'

Hi guys,

I have my domain with VH for many years now and it's time to buy an add on domain.
The main page to do so gives you 2 options: A: web hosting + free domain or B: just the domain.

Simple (and maybe stupid) qustion: Because I already have a web hosting plan (1st domain) do I need to buy it again fot my add on domain?
I'm happy with VH hosting the domain for me, just want to make sure what I must pay: $19.95 or $95.40

B: just the domain. and pay $19.95 only for the domain.
You can host as many domains as you want with no extra cost.

Have a few questions as i have just purchased my add on domain.
