Website intermittent with Verizon service

Hope someone can help with this problem.
Website (www.parentprakopins.com) was working fine with all ISP's until the other day when the Verizon ISP stopped working. Today it started working again for a while and then dropped out. We don't know if it's local to the area (snowstorm issue?) or everywhere. We contacted Verizon and they claim the IP address is OK. Anybody seeing any issues connecting to VH website using a Verizon connection?

Check Google, lots of people with Verizon issues...could be the snow...they are a pretty big firm and usually provide a good service.

Turned out to be a local Verizon problem.
