    Dead Laptop Vs Live Laptop

    Hi,

My old, steam driven laptop is no longer able to connect to the web, so hauled out a replacement.

Now I need to get all my BV files from the old to the new laptop, don't have a connecting cable or massive flash drives.

Have loaded BV Sitebuilder onto the new laptop, now just need my content.

Any tips on how to transfer from the old machine to the new?

    Regards,

Hi, How big is the contents of the BlueVoda folder
    (C:\...\My Documents\BlueVoda)?
If it is less than 2GB, you
could use the free service provided by
http://www.dropbox.com - There are also some pretty big USB
    flash drives
these days that are affordable with various
    capacities: 2,GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB etc. If your BlueVoda
folder is less than 2GB, give Dropbox a try.

Hope this is of some help :)

Thanks for that, all done in thirty minutes with two data sticks, didn't realise how light the BV files are. Now, all good to go and my site has disappeared.Cheers,Teresa
