Error creating an addon domain

I setup and later deleted cainhoyvilage.com. Now, I want to recreate the addon website cainhouyvillage.com, but I get the following error.

(XID 2j45m4) A DNS entry for the domain “cainhoyvillage.buckswebsite.net” already exists

I have tried deleting the 'cainhoyvillage.com' foldler, but it file manager will not allow it to be deleted.

I am lost for what to do...
