Internet Corporation Listing Service

I got a bill in the mail yesterday from the above for $35. Annual listing dues. No other explanation but it looks official. I thuink it is an under handed scheme to extract money from ther unsuspecting. Your opinion?

Thanks, Navaldesign - a little checking and it is an invoice-looking solicitation - purposely designed to capture money from the near sighted.

I got one a while ago about fees to advertising on search engines... read over the entire paper... somewhere it might say... "this is not a bill" or something like that... if it does just rip it up and throw it out.. unless you want the services

Most likely fraud...they send out millions of them.

Thank you, gentlemen. I received another one today from a different company. You had to turn it over and read the back of the payment slip to see that it was a solicitation.
