  • Domain Sign-In Problems

    I have tried to open the cPanel to my domain but the username n password is not granting permission.

    I have checked my e-mail folders and any filtered e-mail, to verify the user name and password but can not find the domain name information sent to me by VodaHost?

    Trying to gain access to the cPanel and can not sign in??????

    Any way of having the hosting package with username / password page sent to me or is it lost forever?

    Dont be so melodramatic, please click the below to submit a support ticket
    to request your username and password. All your tickets have been answered
    promptly. Are you not getting our emails??? Please check your bulkmail and
    spam folders. Sometimes email get mistaken for spam and diverted to these
    folders...

      As you may notice from my previous post.....

      I have checked the bulk mail and spam folders.... there is nothing listed in either of those.

      Saved any and all information received by VodaHost in offline storage. But at the time of an ********* to the companies servers, was unable to retrieve the information in regards to the cPanel document page I have requested before the servers were corrupted. So this information has been lost due to a reformat of entire system.
