    Seeing as this is posted in the Domain Names forum, I can only assume that you are referring to protecting your idea for a domain name. The only way to do this is to buy the domain name. Alternatively you can create your VodaHost account and get the domain name, that you want, free of charge. Whilst the name you want remains available it is open to ANYONE to buy.

      the only otherway is by trademark but then if someone buys your domain you will have to goto court so i suggest buying the name or like amanda said
      register with vodahost and get your name with that.
