    Transfer Declined - Not listed as administrative contact

    Your transfer was DECLINED because you are not listed as the
    administrative contact for the domain name in question.

    Technically you have no right to transfer the domain name.

    Therefore you did not get the confirmation email that was sent to
    the administrative contact asking them, to approve the transfer.

    In order for a transfer to take place, you must be listed as the
    administrative contact with an email address that belongs to you.
