email problems

My laptop has been restored to a very basic level and I have lost most applications which came with it including outlook which services my vodahost email account (mail.winesincornwall.co.uk).
I`ve also tried to set up Express with my details but a message appears as attached.
I have been given a site (mail2web.com) where I can retreive my mail but when I tried it doesn`t recognise my password.
I`m desperate. Please help

1) mail2web.com has nothing to do with VodaHost, we have never heard of it nor do we endorse it.

I just mentioned mail2web because I HAVE`NT got Outlook and allthough I apply the settings for vodahost to Express its not recognising my details.
I feel I`m repeating myself.
I need Voda to confirm my password....or.....supply a new one

we CAN NOT confirm any email password becuase we did not create your email account, YOU are the one that must create your email account in your control panel and assign your email account a password.

If your email software does not recognize your password, delete the email account and recreate it.

Even if new what your password was, we could not provide it on a open forum such as this for the whole world to see and enjoy.
