here is the error I get:

I have changed nothing I just went to send mail, and I had sent a message eirlier so I cant explain....

I woke up this morning, ran my email and it asked me for the password and for the life of of me I couldn't remember it... so I went to Cpanel and reset the passwords, and now there is no problems. Thanx for responding *****.
