SendMail on voda7 works perfectly. Voda7 is one of our best servers, the issue is with your computer config. or your ISP. This could be your ISP intermittently blocking your port 25, if some one who lives in your IP range gets flagged for sending out a large spam or mass email. ISP’s will block port 25 for the entire IP range, some times for days at a time.

Not with AOL, I have broadband (Optimum) and OE, the others are using BellSouth in Florida.
I can check my emails in webmail, but have deleted the same account in OE, the user/password window kept popping up for the webmail account but would not log on. SMTP set to 25 and incoming 110.
Other users get very few emails in Outlook and are rejected by different senders.

The Florida guys tell me that their emails are reaching them a week late and repeated several times. They can send but do not always receive. One e-mail might be received right away and another a few days later.
Do the Ports have to be set at 25? One of them has set ports to 110 and 587.

One person in florida is having trouble receiving your email, is it just one person? Repeating email and delayed email are two diffrent issues.
Delayed Email
The recievers ISP is slow to deliever, It leaves our server the second you press the send button.
Duplicate Email
The Receivers email software is badly installed and is spurting out duplicates.

There is nothing wrong with the email going out on your end if you have configured your email service correctly. The problem lies with the receiver.

My email works fine from webmail, I have also sent each of them and myself e-mails from ftaa and other accounts (Optimum, Gmail) without problems and they get them on time.

If the only issues are your mates in Florida, I would say they are having
config. issues or ISP issues. Send a email from the problematic account to vodahost********.com to test it out. Put a code word in it.
