Confirming e-mail;spam protection

Can this be done in Cpanel:

If somebody send me an e-mail, that person would recive a redirected e-mail in which this person is asked to confirm his/her e-mail by clicking on image, photo , word, ... whatever and only after that confirmation I will recive an e-mail?
