    Email not getting through

    This has probably been asked by I couldn't find the solution in the threads so...

    I have set up several email accounts on cPanel and they have all been working fine.

    I am having a problem receiving an email from 1 specific address. I've been playing around with the filters etc, but to no avail. The email is coming from an auto repsonse, so I'm sure it is something to do with spam filters, but it's very frustrating and the mail won't get through. It's definitely being sent as I have tested it with my personal email. Must be something I can change in the filters. I'm getting other mail no problem.

    Any words of wisdom?

    If it is one account- try deleting and starting over. That often will kill any glitches (or remove small mistakes we are just not seeing).

      I have several different email accounts. It's not getting through to any of them. I even set up a new email account specifically to receive this email.

      Do you think if I deleted my email accounts and started again this would work? I don't really understand why it would as it's not a general problem, it's only 1 specific email address that is not getting through to me. Also would I need to delete all my auto-responders and email forwards I have set up as well?

        Lets take a step back for a minute before deleting anything.

        What exactly are you not recieving? Is it an e-mail from an external source- i.e. a friend that e-mails you? Or is it an auto respond message from an external source or company? Can you outline a little better what you are trying to accomplish or the process that is not working?

          Sounds like the issue is on the senders end and not yours.
