    Using first name in email

There is no forms to fill for my buyers. There is no shopping cart. They simply click the Paypal button to buy. So the only customers' records we have is from Paypal. No database.

    1. How do I add my customers' first names to the emails send to them?

    2. How do I send an autoresponder to my customers once they paid through Paypal?

    1. Using a php script to process the mail. However, you need to activate PayPal's Data Transfer System, to receive back your client's details.
    2. The same way as described above. When they get redirected to your site, Paypal passes over to your page the client details. If you have the appropriate script in this redirect page, the script will recive the PayPal info and will send a thankyou email to your client.

The above script is not simple, and certainly needs to be built by a pro.
