Email redirect question

Hi,

I have some problems with my email addresses. If I send an email to info@snickis.se or to mail@snickis.se, nothing happens even though I have gone to the C-panel and added redirects to mats.tegner@pps.se
I don't ant tu use the actual email services at Voda, but just redirect all incoming mails to mats.tegner@pps.se. Any ideas?

I havent done redirects, but went in, created the email accounts, and then set up outlook to snatch them all at one time. Then i go into the accounts and kill the spammers about every two weeks and blacklist their ips. I suggest trying outlook to just get them all.
