all emails seems ok now....

I have spent more time over the weekend deleting and re-entering the information in my cpanel and in my Outlook Express. I still cannot receive email but can send.

The delivery status - failed message that I get states:

Message was undeliverable
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0. -Unknown address error 553 -" sorry, relaying denied from your location" [207.172.157.102] (#5.7.1.)

Any new suggestions for me to try? I appreciate any help.

Contact your ISP and tell them that they gave you a dirty IP address and tell them to give you a new one.

Thanks. I had done this search, but apparently didn't know what I was looking for or something, so I thought I was OK. I appreciate your time helping me out!
