IMAP has issued an unrecognised greeting

Hi, I have open up few POP mail accounts in webmail and to configurate them in microsoft outlook.I received the following messge;

Outlook is unable to download folder (null) from the IMAP email server for account info@xuankong-liufa.com Error unable to connect to the Server.If you continue to receive this message, contact server administrator or Internet Service Provider.

Any help is appreciated.Thank you
