How to avoid recieving spam when linked to other sites?

Hi... How Can I prevent being spammed from a business association's website where I am listed and my site is linked. My listing has a contact dougnez that brings up the viewer's outlook with my email addresses showing.
Hummm... Anyone out there there in BV land have suggestions... Thank Doug
