Port 25 not allowed to be opened!

    Hi!
    Case 1
Lets say you have done all he above steps to the letter and your email still does not work.
There is a chance that your ISP is blocking you. Email goes out through Port 25 of of computer.
Please call them and ask them if they are blocking port 25, if yes, DEMAND that they unblock it.
ISP's block Port 25 sometimes to stop people from spamming.
This is the information that I get from my ISP:
Blocking port 25 (SMTP), except smtp server below :
    smtp.telkom.net.id
    smtp.telkom.net
    smtp.yahoo.co.id
    smtp.gmail.com

What does it mean here. Can I still send or receive emails, if port 25 not allowed to be opened? If there any other options?

    Case 2
    Step 2
Once you find out what the IP address of your computer is....
Copy and past the below link into your browser, replacing the 00.00.00.00's with your home/office IP address and hit enter.

If your IP address comes back dirty....Call up your ISP and give them hell!
Yes, I have checked it. I saw a lot of stuffs there but don't understand what they are.
What do you mean by "dirty" here, Is it the IP address has been blocked? How to you tell if they look ok?
    Thank you.
