Setting up Windows Mail as default mail client.

I am a new user. I've set up my mail accounts in Control Panel, and also set up Windows mail as shown in the tutorial. Now I can send outgoing mail through Windows Mail, but all incoming mail goes to Horst. How can I get it to go to Windows Mail which is my default. Can anyone help?

Thanks Dave, I've attached a screen shot of my server setup. What needs to be changed?
