Can I attach viewable index page to email?

Hi, I would like to send out emails, and have my index page as part of my message. I would like this to be a default. I do not wish to just have my link, but actually have my home page(index) shown as part of my message. Like a footer I guess.

I was trying to do this via Horde, or SquirellMail which comes with our hosting package.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and how I can do it?

I had a go using Horde, it can be done!

Open new mail.

Switch to HTML composition

Copy web page paste it in the body of the message.

Next click on the red x's add the access path i.e. http://www.youngstroke.org.nz/images...0survivors.gif

then send email.

An easier way is to use outlook.

Thanks for the info. I've been trying for hours now to get my Outlook Express to allow mail to and from my pop and smtp, but to no avail!

I'm getting so frustrated, I'll give this method with Horde another try. You are right though, if I could get my computer to allow Outlook to receive the emails, it would be alot simpler than this long drawn out process. But at this stage, I am very grateful to you for this information, it's just too bad it is going to be time consuming each time I want to send an email.

I really wanted my "signature" in any outgoing emails to be my index page open in full view!

Thanks Stroke.nz, just need a bit more help, if you don't mind.
When I try to click on the red x's it won't let me "click" on them directly. It frames the whole "box". Then I don't know where to go to put in the path. I see a line with "path" towards the bottom, but it is broken down into body, td, tb ect. Do I try to overwrite this? Cuz I am unable to.
