    Different mail accounts

I am a new Voda customer, my domain is pressurepro.info.

I have set up 3 mail accounts through the CP , named "Jason", CommercialSales", and 'ResidentialSales".

When I go to the webmail 'Horde", through the CP, I can see all three accounts. When I want to write a new mail, I can click the down tab and choose a new identity, no big deal. But All I have to do is switch folders and I can see he sent mail from the other users. My commercial sales team might not want the residential sales team reading their mail. Did I do it wrong?

Let me also add that I am currently being switched from GoDaddy to Voda (much, much better!). The switch hasn't happened yet, I can still see my old website, not the one I made and published with BlueVoda.

Will the different departments log in individually once the switch is made, or did I configure this wrong?

pressurepro.info is not on our servers yet, nothing will work until it is.

      Re: Different mail accounts

OK, let me try this again. I have 4 emails set up:

      Jason@pressurepro.info
      ResidentialSales@pressurepro.info
      CommercialSales@pressurepro.info
      SafetyDirector@pressurepro.info.

How do I give each of these their own login? As it is now, if I go to the webmail and login, when I want to send a new mail I choose which one of these for the "From" box. I want each to have their own login, password, and only see THEIR mail.

        Re: Different mail accounts

Never mind, I just figured it out. But...

        1) Is there a way to make a shorter login name other than the full email address?

        2) is there a way to type in the whole thing, such as:
        www.pressurepro.info/webmail {login name} {password}

        Thanks

Why don't you put your e-mails on like Outlook or something? Easier!
          Best regards,
