Thanks for the help, I did that and the mail box is now empty, but it is still not forwarding the mail for me. The reason is Mailbox Quota exceeded.
Any more suggestions?

Karen just forgot to mention to you that you can increase the quota of your mailbox, by default it is set at 10 - change this quota to 100 and you will be fine ...
Do this under the MAIL icon (as opposed to webmail) found in your control panel ... Also, at this time, check that your forward is still active in this same area. If in doubt, remove and add it again ..
