webmail accessing problem

I'm receiving this error message when I try to read e-mail by webmail Horde: "Fatal error: Call to undefined method Registry::hasInterface() in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config/prefs.php on line 134"
so I can never read or reply e-mails. Why is this?
