I've helped a company redesign their website, transfer it from a different host service and set up their handful of emails.
The email settings they had for their previous host service were the same as the ones for Vodahost, so all I had to do was change the dns nameserver. All the emails worked fine except for 1 -- r.nunez@companyx.com. Using Outlook and XP.
It works fine on a different computer, but not the one he uses. Any ideas? Could there be a fire wall setting or something specific to this computer I should look for? I'm going over to check it out tomorrow. All the computers are on the same small office network, same ISP, etc.
Any help would be appreciated.
