Cpanel Email.....

.....I have tried setting up the email client within my cpanel. All looked good, sent a message to my usual email to test, that worked fine but when i sent an email to my domain email it never showed up. I have waited almost a week and still nothing. Any ideas????

Email errors are always down to end user configuration errors. Please cick the link

Also check your bulk mail and spam folders. Sometimes email gets diverted.

thanks Brad. hadn't set up through an email client. i thought i could use the web mail via Cpanel. Slight problem tho...... I can't remember my user name or password for the email. would i have to raise a ticket for this????

your username for email is your email address. Log into your Cpanel and change the email password.
