E mail account settings

Hello everyone at last i have my acount with bluevoda, i am trying to set my e mail acoount but in thunderbird they ask me my name, (of course) and an e mail account, i do not know waht to put there, i know for people who allready knows that could be a silly question, but do i have to use one web mail or is it that i get an e mail account from vodahost if yes which one is this, because i tried allready with my instruction to set it but it does not work.

By the way i was reading the thunderbir forum and i am terrified about the bugs this software have, would someone be kind enough to share their experiences and let me know which one you use and how good or bad are this programs.
