error message when trying to send emails

hi
when i try and send an email from my cakeladycakes address i am getting this error message

There was an error sending your message: Failed to send data [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 503, response: All RCPT commands were rejected with this error: Sender verify failed Valid RCPT command must precede DATA)]

I have tried deleting the email account and then creating a new one in my control panel but i'm still getting the same message.
can you help me please??

how are you sending the mail? are you in cpanel and sending or on your desktop? If on your desktop you will need to make the smtp your isp (internet provider) login and password and their mail.. not yours.

your computer control panel or your server panel? If its the latter put in a support ticket.
