    Problems with setting up emails

I've set up my emails through the Control Panel and they appear to be correctly set up as I can get into Horde or Round Cube and read, delete, redirect them.

Unfortunately I want to access them via Thunderbird via my New Zealand Host (Clear.net.nz).

I'm 100% certain that my setup for my emails is wrong but:
1/ I don't know what they should be
2/ I have no idea how to change what I've botched up so far.

I've tried the tutorials for defining email accounts plus the one for setting up in Thunderbird. If the answer is there then it's well hidden.

At the moment I have redirected all my email accounts to a personal account running at clear.net.nz and can receive them successfully. I just want to tidy it all up and getting it all running sweet.

Thanks but I think I've got that end set up properly. It's at Vodahost end that I am having problems. Whatever I managed to setup in the control panel is wrong and I can't find out how to change it

no need to change, just hit the delete button and recreate them.

Re: Problems with setting up emails

Whenever I set up a new email they get set up with these settings which are obviously wrong:
          Manual Settings

Mail Server Username: nominated email id+arlinefishingcharter.co.nz
          Incoming Mail Server: mail.arlinefishingcharter.co.nz
          Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) voda28.voda28.com
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.arlinefishingcharter.co.nz (server requires authentication) port 26
Outgoing Mail Server: (SSL) voda28.voda28.com (server requires authentication) port 465
Supported Incoming Mail Protocols: POP3, POP3S (SSL/TLS), IMAP, IMAPS (SSL/TLS)
Supported Outgoing Mail Protocols: SMTP, SMTPS (SSL/TLS)

Can someone tell me what the correct settings should be please:

My domain at Vodacom is "newzealandfishingcharter.com"
          My subdomain (?) is "arlinefishingcharter.co.nz"
My emails are all going to be arlinefishingcharter ids
and I will be reading, deleting, sending them via Thunderbird

They work here in NZ but only because I am redirecting them to another id. If I try them directly Thunderbird cannot find this:
          Incoming Mail Server: (SSL) voda28.voda28.com

Which suggests that is where my problem is
