    Question with Outlook Express

    Hi,

can i know whenever i send out emails to all the contacts in my address book, how could i hide the address information from others so that they would not know who i send it to? Example if i would like to send an email to my suppliers under the vendors category, possible for the email in 'To' section only show 'vendors' instead of all the addresses? Thank you for your feedback.

    Re: Question with Outlook Express

you have a choice of including a bb or a cc when you send to people. use the bb option and only those people in bb will be listed.
