    email full?!?!

Someone has been trying to send me several large emails (1 or 2 mb each) of which most were unsuccessful. They received a return message and when they contacted their internet/mail provider, they were told that my mailbox is full.
I was of the impression that
    a) my inbox (outlook) uses my harddrive as storage space and
    b) vodahost provides unlimited space anyway.

Please advise me on this issue.

They do supply what you need, but the quota on you mail box is usually set around to 20meg mark. Just go to your mail area in cpanel & by clicking on the quota link you can increase your the storage for that mail account.

No, outlook may store a copy of the email on your computer, but when someone sends the email it is stored on your website.
