Missing an ID cookie

Can anyone tell me what's wrong.
Today I log onto my Neomail account. I can see all the e-mails but when I click on them to read it tells me access denied because I was missing an ID cookie. I have restarted my computer and have waited a number of hours but I still get the same message.

What has happened??
