    Add-on Domain Email Access Issues

I accidentally posted this to the wrong area before. Hopefully, you all can help me.

I have an add-on domain for which I want to use email. I set up an email address and then sent a test email from my gmail account. It didn't come back, but when I went to webmail it didn't show up either because the webmail was for my primary domain (everydaydifferent.com).

So I typed in mail.paigebarnett.com and got a placeholder page that explained this area wasn't working yet. (cpanel/apache stuff)

How do you create webmail access (not the name-I've got all that) for an add-on domain?

    Thank you!

Re: Add-on Domain Email Access Issues

To access Webmail is quite straight forward.

    www.mysitename.com/webmail

    Addons are exactly the same

    www.mysitename2.com/webmail

You are then presented with a 'log in' box'

Use the usernames and passwords you set for them when you created them in your CPanel.

Re: Add-on Domain Email Access Issues

You said nothing about not getting into Cpanel.

If you've added an addon domain, you would need access to the Cpanel and if you created email addresses then again this would have been done in your Cpanel.

        You've confused me.. sorry.

You do have a VH hosting account don't you?
