emails send in default name

http://www.akhal-tekespain.com can anyone please tell me how to stop my emails replying in my default name they arrive to the correct email jill@akhal-tekespain.com but go out in the default name. Also when i try to read them in gmail there is never anything in my inbox i have to look in the folders box then go into akhal-teke spain folder, why is that. Any help is appreciated but please keep it REALLY SIMPLE as im not too computer friendly!!! Thanks Jill

I answered this once already.

When u create a new mail or reply in outlook.. where the SENDER name is all the way to the right is a down arrow. Click that and ALL THE NAMES IN ALL ACCOUNTS ARE THERE.. Selcet the one you want.
