How do I zero my disc useage on my email accounts ?

I an having problems on zeroing my disc useage on various email accounts, I have gone into the email accounts seperately but there are no emails to delete, maybe I'm looking in the wrong place !!!

Look in your spam folders.. usually thats where its hiding.
